做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
