做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
