做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
