做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的(de )清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
