做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
