做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
