做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
