做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
