做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
