做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
