做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
