做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即(jí )可(kě )品尝。 -
