做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
