做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
