做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
