做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
