做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
