做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
