做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
