做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即(jí )可(kě )品尝。 -
