做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
