做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
