做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
