做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
