做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
