做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
