做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
