做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
