做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
