做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
