做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
