做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即(jí )可(kě )品尝。 -
