做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
