做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
