做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
