做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
