做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
