做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
