做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
