做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
