做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
