做法:洗(xǐ )净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
