做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
