做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
