做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
