做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
