做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
