做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
