做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
