做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
